Who: Emma Bettles

Emma, has worked as a Reflexologist for 20 years since discovering it at age 14 years old. Currently, now qualified as a Practitioner, Trainer, Assessor, and also Vice President and Health Fund Liaison Officer for the Reflexology Association of Australia. She has presented several television shows on Reflexology and has published articles both nationally and internationally.

Reflexology is using authentic anatomical knowledge in combination with skillful massage techniques to apply deep and light pressure over the complex nerve-ending network of the feet and hands. The condition of both the feet and hands is a reflection of the status of the major body system i.e; skin, musculoskeletal, secretory, nervous, and circulatory system. Reflexology aids in the release of energy blockages on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level.
