March 2009 Meeting

'The Waste of Power and Water'

There may be an Alternative!

Who: Brian Bavliss

Brian, worked in the Defense Aircraft Industry in the UK from 1955 to 1965. He is qualified in Audio, Electrical and Industrial Electronics and worked as an Electrical/Electronic Technician in Heavy Industry for manv years. In 1990, he started research into waste water treatments and energy alternatives using water.

People from all over the world have been working on ways to clean our waters and use water as an alternative energy source or fuel. Much progress has been made in this area and the timing now appears right for some of these technologies to come into mass use. Brian believes that the R&D and projects he has been working on are close to coming into reality and have the power to radically improve water treatment systems and the outcomes of power generation.

Imagine if ships could run on the water they sail in instead of carrying flammable and polluting fuels!
